14-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. To start a return, submit a request through our Contact page and include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. After approving your request, we will provide the return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send products to the business contact address or to the address shown on a parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with its original tags and packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, intimate apparel, and other hygiene-sensitive products can only be returned for a change-of-mind reason when their original sealed packaging has not been opened. This restriction does not affect claims involving an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for:

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery;
  • Used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or incomplete items;
  • Opened hygiene-sensitive products;
  • Gift cards;
  • Items marked as final sale, where permitted by applicable law; or
  • Personalized or made-to-order products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.

If we confirm that the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or return at our expense.

Return Shipping

For an approved change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

If the return is caused by a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another return method.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. You remain responsible for the returned item until it reaches the return location provided in our approval instructions.

Refunds

We will inspect approved returns after receiving them. If the return is accepted, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed that your refund was issued, please contact us through our Contact page.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after processing or shipment has begun. If the order has already shipped, the return rules above will apply after delivery.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain another item is to return the eligible item and place a new order after your return request has been approved.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
