Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
During high-volume periods, product launches, or public holidays, processing may take longer. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.
Estimated Delivery to the United States
After dispatch, estimated delivery to the United States is 7–20 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs inspections, carrier disruption, severe weather, incorrect address information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can cause delays.
Shipping Charges
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. The amount may depend on the destination, order value, package size, weight, and selected service.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send the tracking information after the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates can take several business days to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.
Shipping Address
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us through our Contact page immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee an address change after processing or shipment has begun.
Additional shipping charges may apply when a parcel is returned or must be resent because the address supplied at checkout was incomplete or incorrect.
Separate Parcels
Items in the same order may be shipped separately due to product availability or fulfillment location. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and the parcels may arrive on different dates.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery Delays
If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you and provide the option to accept the revised schedule or cancel the affected order for a refund.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your parcel is substantially overdue, submit a request through our Contact page with your order number.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Parcels
Report a parcel that arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be lost as soon as possible through our Contact page. Include your order number and photographs where relevant so that we can investigate with the carrier or fulfillment provider.
